I am in the lead for a temporary work-from-home position. It kind of dropped in my lap, and could be a fun opportunity to keep a foot in the door. They do think I'd need to come into the office one or two days a week or as needed (occasional meeting, etc).
I'd hire a nanny for B, and that way could continue to nurse during the day while working. He still nurses 5-6 times a day. Obviously on the days in the office I wouldn't be able to nurse, so would miss out on 2-3 sessions on those days. He's just turned a year, so I have zero interest in pumping at work. I never had great output with pumping, anyway.
Any thoughts on how that will affect my supply? I don't really want to drop sessions on the other 5-6 days.
I was in the office one day a week and quit pumping at 11 months. We still nursed several times a day until I cut her back at 14 months then (finally) weaned at 17.5 months.

No personal experience but I know my sil still nurses her 19m when they are together (on demand morning/evening/weekends) and she works full time. I believe she hasn't pumped since a year. I'm sure your supply will adjust. Especially if you're giving solid meals.
At a year, you're fine. I never pumped at work with DS when I went back at a year and he would have nursed to kindergarten. There was always milk. I'm not pumping now and DD it still nursing just fine. It might take a little longer to get a let down, but it's working fine.
