I ended up selling my tickets to Collective Soul (concert was last night) and made an extra $40 from it! Turned out to be a sold-out show (it was a fairly small venue) and some friends of my cousins were looking for a pair of tickets, so I told them I had a pair they could buy... but marked them up a bit, because they would have paid more for them anyway on StubHub. So, that will be extra drinking money when I go to the football game on Saturday!
Tonight I just have normal stuff to do at home... vacuuming needs to be done, need to make a batch of dog food, and maybe catching up on my DVR shows that I haven't watched from this week.
Tomorrow we are tailgating and going to the LSU vs Wisconsin game here. Since my company is originally from Louisiana, they are having a big tailgate with some free food and drinks, so my crew will be stopping in there and taking advantage of it. I'm excited to go to the game, I think it might be the best matchup of all the college teams for this week!
Sunday we'll probably be recovering from all that, and I haven't made any other set plans. It's supposed to be raining, but if it's not we might go to our friend's place and enjoy their pool/grill. Monday will be sleeping in, relaxing, maybe a movie or going to the dog park. Not too sure, but I'm glad to have the extended weekend!

Tonight - I am getting off early and swinging by Target for a couple of things, and then going home and hanging with the puppy until my H gets home. I am going to try and convince my H that Thai food is a good idea. We'll see how that goes. Other than that, I am hoping for a quiet night in.
Tomorrow - I have an appointment for a scan at 10:00 at the hospital, and then hopefully the pool and taking care of stuff at the house.
Sunday - gym, pool, taking it easy.
Monday - Maybe having some friends over for a BBQ. Everything is kind of lowkey and unplanned at the moment, since the plans may have to change.
Today: We're closing the office at noon to start drinking in the office. Woop! Then at 6 is our neighborhood happy hour that usually goes until 11ish, we'll probably end up in our neighbor's hot tub after that.
Tomorrow: Going out to brunch with friend, then to our friend's housewarming party/kegger.
Sunday: Party at our friend's new townhouse downtown. They have the best rooftop deck.
Monday: G is going golfing and there may be room in the cart for me, if not, I'll read and relax at home till he gets back. Then we're going out to dinner with friends.

Like GLW we are drinking at work for lunch. It's kinda unofficial though. Basically, I told my boss I was going to buy beer and our dept was going to drink since it is our last early release day.
Then I will go home, Jay and I will pack up the truck and go to Cape Cod for a camping trip with friends. We'll take the trucks on the beach through the dunes, seal-watch, fish (if there are no seals) and just have some fun.
We will also check out Provincetown. It has a huge LGBT population and they usually have a lot of end of summer fun. It is such a fun place with parades and drink specials.
Jay and I are staying until Tuesday, friends leave Monday.
Today: leaving work early and getting an x-ray of my ankle (woo hoo! lol). Then meeting BFF for dinner.
Tomorrow: picking up my veggie share and then heading to RI (I will be thinking of you, jennynumbers!) to see other BFF. We're getting pedicures and then her sister (they live in the same 3-family house) is driving us to dinner. I have been hearing about this place's champagne sangria since my last visit, so I can't wait to try it!
Sunday: driving to CT, hanging out with the fam, relaxing
Monday: I'm not sure if I'm going to drive back here and deal with parking in my neighborhood or just leave the car in New Haven with my aunt and take the train back. I'm leaving Thurs night to go back to CT anyway (and then up to Maine Friday), so I have do decide which will be easier for me. I'll probably hang out with my friend and her bf when I get back.

Is this common procedure for the law suit or from lack of healing? Also, can you Post/PM/text me the name of this restaurant? I love champagne sangrias/martinis

It is follow up for the lawsuit, but also for treatment. The orthopedist already said there is probably nothing we can do to improve on the fact that I am limping by the end of a day on my feet, but we'll see. He'll be able to compare the shape of that bone to my original x-rays to see if it's compressed or has moved.
I just realized I don't know the name! lol So I will probably text it to you with a picture of me drinking sangria tomorrow. YWIA

I love me some MN pics! There is a Hibachi style restaurant in Franklin called Ichi go ichi (I don't know if that is exactly how it is spelled.) They have PHENOMENAL Champagne pomegranate martinis.

Ohh, that sounds good too! I think it's Trattoria something, but I'll confirm.

I know exactly where you are going. It is 2 miles, maybe 3 from my house. Man I wish I wasn't going away!
