I need to start tracking again because I've been at a plateau for 6 weeks now
I like a 40/30/30 ratio but I know mfp estimates are too low for calorie intake.
What is TDEE? Can you point me to some calculators so I can figure out how much I should eat to lose? Thx!

I used this calculator to set up my macros and calorie intake.

Eat approximately 80-85% of your TDEE number for weight loss.
40/30/30 is a good starting place!
