You have earned every bit of your success and deserve ALL the happiness. I'm so unbelievably glad you love it here, because I adore having you more than you'll ever know. Huge congrats, T. This has been a long time coming for you. <3

Mia will keep getting better and stronger at drop off, I know it. It's so hard when it's really tough for them in the beginning. A took a a lot longer than normal to adjust to preschool last year than most kids, but it was magical when she did, and I knew it was the right thing, even though the transition was hard. Big hugs until then. All the pieces are falling into the right places.
Oh T, I'm so happy for you and for family! (And for all the Denver area Probies). You deserve it so much. Mia will adjust and it will be wonderful. Colorado is such a lovely place, and you've found the perfect fit professionally, and your family has pretty much always been perfect. Nothing to do now but relish the ride. Love you!
@therealmc - we have an fha loan on our home. When we bought, we didnt have a huge amount to put down because we had only been out of college for a year. We had to put 3.5% down at closing and our builder covered our closing costs. The downside to fha is the mortgage insurance that we pay every month. We will never recover that $, it's paid in the event that we default on our mortgage. It will eventually go away (after 5 years or a certain amount of principle paid down _ 13% I believe).
