Through family connections, I can usually get free football tickets and/ or sidelines passes to a college football game in our region.
My SIL is a head buyer for Nordstrom. Luckily, it's in the luxury handbag department so I score some amazing hand me downs without worrying about if they fit!

My dad is a homebuilder so I got a good deal on my first house, and free appliance and ceiling fan upgrades. Also, his company sponsors the local sports teams, so they have a box/suite for all sporting events. I've been to a Super Bowl, Phoenix Open, and World Series.
We get cell phone discounts through DH's work, along with occasional Lakers tickets.
When I was fresh out of college I worked for a rental car company that also sold cars, so my brother and I both got good deals on used cars.
My girlfriend owns a clothing boutique and I get a sweet discount on clothes and accessories.
On the incoming side: - My FIL can get us discounts on various or at-cost kitchen & bath fixtures, tile, countertops, etc. for DIY renos. - My dad has the expertise and plant selection to grow us cuttings from plants in his yard, so a lot of our landscaping has been free (albeit small plants to start out). - Verizon Wireless gives us a discount on Calvin's line for being a county employee.
On the outgoing side: - Friends and family know to call me when they get traffic tickets in our state. I represent them pro bono and negotiate reductions on their behalf.

Dad works in the liquor industry, cousin owns a honda dealership, and I work for a consumer goods company (food, cleaning products, OTC health care products)... all provide me with free/heavily discounted stuff.
ETA: Sometimes my H steals gauze pads from the hospital.
I was going to say nothing, but this reminded me that DH brings home rubber gloves and gauze from work. I can get post-it notes and the occasional bottled water from work. Suffice it to say, I am jealous of almost all of you.
Years ago I worked for a company that built scenery for Broadway shows. We would get free tix for preview & critic nights. I would always send my grandmothers and older aunts. They got to see so many great shows for free.
Other than that we don't get any family discounts.
I am so incredibly jealous of you!!! (or of your grandma and aunts)

It was pretty great. I worked there 11 years. We saw a ton of shows and I loved watching them take the idea from a drawing to a set.

My cousin works at Chanel in Beverly Hills, but I have no interest in buying anything from there. I can get prescriptions from Mr. Insom and an IV delivered to my bedroom when I'm hungover while I watch Real Housewives. That's probably the perk I use most. lol
Mr. Insom's brother is a plastic surgeon - he offered me free Botox over Christmas. Most of my perks are medical related. I know way too many doctors.
DH's aunt used to work for Hilton and we got several free hotel rooms thanks to her. DH also manages an optometry practice so he's always bringing home fancy Ray-Bans that he gets for dirt cheap or free. We get crazy discounts on frames and lenses too.
My uncle, cousin, and cousins DH are Dr.s. They don't charge any of us. My other cousin and her DH are attorneys, we have never had to use them, but have gone to them for advice. No charge. My little sister is an eye dr, also doesn't charge us. My BIL is a contractor, always does home repairs/remodels for us without charging for his labor. My older sister is a financial planner and doesn't charge us her fees. In return, DH was a mechanic by trade for 10+ years and will do anything anyone asks and he has the tools for.

DH is an electrician an all around handy guy, so he can fix pretty much anything. My uncle is a CPA and has done my taxes for free my whole life, and every other family member. My brother is in the liqueur industry and gives me bottles pretty often.
DH is military, which comes with discounts at some places. I also have occasionally had the "friends and family" discount extended to us when we have asked at shops if they offer a military discount, or when the salesperson has figured out DH is military.
DH has had a few free meals at airports, purchased by random people, too. He pays it forward and leaves a really big tip when that happens (basically pays for his meal as a tip.)
