I think you look great, and prefer the blue shirt for your DH. However, if changing your outfit is a consideration, I would suggest buying an actual maternity dress for your photos. I wore very little true maternity things while pregnant, however, I chose maternity wear for photos. Maternity dresses are designed to highlight your bump, and that is what you will want in your pictures. Non-maternity dresses kind of hide your bump instead of highlighting it. 

Your outfit looks good as is, but I just wanted to throw another option out there of you were open to it.

BUT, I agree that you should highlight the bump a bit more be wearing something maternity. The dress you've got seems designed to minimize/camouflage a bump, but I would want the bump to show more for this shoot.
