48.5 for me. Not a record or anything, but not bad considering that I was on vacation at the beginning of the month and that H has been OOT (so I can't run) for the past 9 days.
I have 6 on the schedule for tonight, which will put me at 41miles for August. I Went to CrossFit 16 times, which is why my miles are lacking (that and the heat).
400 miles on all the bikes. Keep in mind that I was off the bike for about 8 days for vacation, and I was still sick the first week of Aug. So, not too bad. It should be about 600 for this time of year.

50.11 <) My highest month yet! I killed myself to get there, but I did it. I am unsure if I am going to set a goal for September. It is a busy month for me and time to get out there will be limited. We will see!
Swim - 29.86 mi <-- OMFG Bike - 247.74 mi Run - 33.63 mi
Definitely a post-college record month for swimming.
ETA: I would like to institute a new practice with these monthly mileage posts: bans on words like "pathetic." Nobody's mileage is pathetic. We're all out there doing what we can, while balancing H&F with life: careers, families, kids, travel, injuries, getting sick, the works. Some months are high, some are low, and that is healthy! Every month can't be high, we'd burn out. I hate seeing people diminish their own efforts. It's the month in, month out that matters and that impresses me about this group, so much more than a single high month.
