I'm transitioning from tri season to running; I'm 6 weeks (less 1 day) out from a half marathon. I mean, I just did a half marathon 2 weeks ago at the end of an HIM, but it's not exactly the same animal. I'm hoping to transition relatively seamlessly to running without losing focus. It will be hard to stay on it, with a wedding, a vacation, and new bikes in the mix.

Try to keep up mileage with picking up more classes to teach and sub. Gonna be hard! Funky new yoga routines for my classes Upper body at least 2xs a week. I've been slacking Get back to more yoga classes for myself Pick up pace as it starts to cool off a bit here soon
Remain injury free and successfully finish my half marathon on 10/5, which means keeping up my training during a vacation week. On the plus side I'll have a nice lake to run near for one week in Sept!
1. Keep up with yoga 1-2 times a week. Same with strength training. This may be hard as my mileage increases. 2. Stop eating so much sugar. Seriously, if anyone had any good ideas to help with this let me know.
A month ago I had to stop running because my stress fracture started hurting again. I ran 3 miles yesterday so one of my goals for September is to run a couple of times a week:)
I want to increase my lifts in Front Squat, Back Squat, and Dead Lifts. Mastering double unders would be nice too:)
enfuego23 I'm sorry you're SF was bothering you again.
Thanks:) My doctor was right when he told me it would take a complete year to heal. I'm hoping to get back in the swing of things so I can start training for Kiawah:) I was very excited to run 3 miles yesterday with no pain:)
