I'm going to tackle the push-up, ab, and squat challenge.

Anyone want to join me? Any other goals?

Start training for my second half marathon.

I think I'm going to do those challenges in January when I'm not training for anything.

Edited: I didn't realize I had 2 full weeks off on my calendar.

Re-edited: I forgot to write a week of training in on my calendar. I also realized I need more coffee this morning.

I'm transitioning from tri season to running; I'm 6 weeks (less 1 day) out from a half marathon. I mean, I just did a half marathon 2 weeks ago at the end of an HIM, but it's not exactly the same animal. I'm hoping to transition relatively seamlessly to running without losing focus. It will be hard to stay on it, with a wedding, a vacation, and new bikes in the mix.

I am going to tackle a 100+lb overhead squat (my worst lift!)

Get unbroken double-unders.

Get 15 unbroken pullups ...right now I'm at ~5

I want to up my back and front squat by at least 30#

Remain injury free and successfully finish my half marathon on 10/5, which means keeping up my training during a vacation week. On the plus side I'll have a nice lake to run near for one week in Sept!

I haven't decided what I want to do for this month... I am running my second half so I am training for that, then working on decreasing my 10k time..

Something to think about; I really enjoy reading everyone's goals. You are all very inspiring!

Stick with weight watchers and track!

Make it to masters 2x/week, yoga 3x week, and run 3x/week. Although, I'm ok with dropping things here and there if I need to to keep my body happy.

1. Keep up with yoga 1-2 times a week. Same with strength training. This may be hard as my mileage increases.
2. Stop eating so much sugar. Seriously, if anyone had any good ideas to help with this let me know.

1) Set a 10K PR, ideally running under 50:00. The pace I need kind of scares me, but based on past workouts I should be able to hit this.

2) Start yoga class. Eek! I feel unreasonably nervous/excited, which makes no sense because I'm looking forward to the calm of yoga.

3) Cycle more with my H. Ideally at least once/week. I know that doesn't sound like much, but harvest is soon upon us and that means crazy hours.

A month ago I had to stop running because my stress fracture started hurting again. I ran 3 miles yesterday so one of my goals for September is to run a couple of times a week:)

I want to increase my lifts in Front Squat, Back Squat, and Dead Lifts. Mastering double unders would be nice too:)

Thanks:) My doctor was right when he told me it would take a complete year to heal. I'm hoping to get back in the swing of things so I can start training for Kiawah:) I was very excited to run 3 miles yesterday with no pain:)
