We have 3 of the Calphalon non-stick frying pans. After 7 years they are starting to look raggard and the 12" doesn't sit flat anymore.
We were at BBB today and I noticed that they are supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Looking at calphalon's site, though, it seems making a claim is a shot in the dark as to whether they will replace.

We've had great luck. Our 9 year old fry pan had lost its nonstick coating, despite the fact I baby it. DH called Calphalon, they asked some questions to verify our model, and then he got an RMA number. We paid to ship it back and we got a brand new one in the mail a week or so later. I've got a smaller fry pan I need to send next.
At 7 years old, your non-stick pans have exceeded their lifespan. Nonstick pans only last a few years. I think your better claim is with the warped pan.

We've brought them back to bbb and gotten an equivalent replacement (the exact model is usually not available). I've nver needed a receip. They did push back a little last time when I said I didnt have it, but eventually relented and replaced the pan.

I completely agree which is why we were there to replace. I just happened to notice the warranty info right there on the box.
