Terrible weekend for eating, absolutely terrible. What is it about camping that makes you feel like you are exercising and therefore can eat tons of junk lol

I've felt tired, sluggish, and bloated all weekend. We've eaten out a bunch too. I'm hoping a good nights rest, exercise, and some clean eating this week will help.
Some of the intense drama this week knocked me down a few pegs, lol.
I are horribly this weekend. Plus, I am stressed about starting this new job tomorrow so I am fearful of what the scale will say this week. I may lose it in the final hour!

This is the worst week to end. My parents come Thursday and we weren't great with food this weekend. I'm still going strong on PiYo (though we've slacked a bit) We restarted the first month and should be on the last week of that, but will probably repeat last week first. Then we're moving up to month "2". I'm impressed I've stuck with it. Down like 12-ish lbs and 18 inches. I'd like to drop at least a pound this week

No way, you have a huge buffer. I can't believe how fast you have dropped weight, I am only slightly (ok totally) jealous.
What do you plan to do with your winnings?
Congrats on the new job, I hope you have a blast meeting all your new students!! All those middle schoolers are going to crush on you!!

I am proud of myself for taking the challege seriously, and losing weight. I have one more lb to go to meet my personal goal for the challenge. I wish I was still in the running to win, or place, but that isn't attainable. I am happy that I created some new habits, and I fully plan to stick with them. I feel a lot better about myself, I can wear non maternity clothes now.
I do want to add in some excersise, and get more fit. I get back aches a lot from toting around my 22 lb daughter.
I tried on some pp jeans last night and that made me feel pretty bad about myself, but if I keep up what I have been doing they will fit eventually.
I have enjoyed being a part of this group, and the accountibility and support it has provided.

I'm stuck. I gained a little back from wlc3 and lost it again during wlc4 but I cannot get any lower. Of course I'm not giving it 100% but I'm just sick of not getting to eat all the yummy foods and meal planning food that is low calorie but my family will still eat. Also, Lyla won't come for walks with me anymore so I don't get very much exercise. Once our basement is done, I plan on bringing the elliptical back in the house so I can do that while the kids are playing or sleeping. Now, to get the basement finished.
I'm up a lb after a weekend of gluttony and starting my period. Good times! I'd like to lose another lb to finish the challenge, so we'll see.
After going all out in the last WLC, it was nice to take the pressure off. I've lost some additional weight, went to another decade and I'm happy with that.
I won't be in for another challenge either I don't think, while weighing once a week isn't a lot sometimes I don't want to weigh myself.. And sometimes I feel like on Thursdays I should eat less and I feel guilty if I want pizza or whatever. I hope to stil lose the last few pounds to PP weight but I'm fine with it taking some time. First priority must be to have enough milk for the little guy
Thanks for running this chels, I've really enjoyed it overall an am happy to just do a weekly check in to see how everyone is doing with weight and health goals !
I did pretty good this weekend. I'm trying to think of this as a lifestyle, not just a diet. So I did indulge at a Labor Day cookout and didn't feel bad about it. I am trying to make healthy choices most of the time, so then I won't feel bad when I do make choices that aren't as healthy.
The one week I did well I could tell P wasn't getting as much and not sleeping as well. For now I've decided that sleep is more important than losing weight :/
That said, I've been doing the piyo as well and love it. I used to do hot yoga, and the workouts are almost identical minus the heat.
Thank you for running chels, and great job ladies!!

Thanks so much. I can only credit the weight loss to BFing and counting calories. They have really worked for me.
I'm not sure what I am going to do with the winnings yet. I guess it depends on where I place. I'll probably get something frivolous like clothes, makeup, mani/pedi, shoes...
Thanks so much for the well wishes about the job. Today was the first day and it was pretty good. I think I'm really going to like it here!
