I'm sorry. I ended up on 150mg of Clomid plus dexamethasone steroid to improve response. I'd eek out two most cycles, four once. My successful pregnancy was when I switched to Follistim but I only had one follie that month.

I'm so sorry. It's such a mindfuck. Depends on the doc, but if you get too many more follies, they might cancel the cycle for the risk of HOM. Have you tried Follistim?
for those that did clomid....how many follies did you get? I only had two on my right side this past time, none on my left. I'm wondering if I need to ask for something different next time? I'm frustrated
I had a big one on my right and two small ones on the left.
What dose are you on? Can they increase it?
I'm sorry Jillian.
I'm so sorry. I think mine was the same as autumn, although I can't remember which side had the bigger one.
2, same side. The only time out of like 6 cycles that I actually responded at all. What dose? Femara always worked better for me. 1 Femara pregnancy vs. no with Clomid.

Clomid raises your estrogen level, increases chances of ovulation. Follistim helps egg maturation. They are sometimes used in combination. (Disclaimer: I'm not that kind of doctor, so I have no idea about doses, etc. I do know that IF sucks and I'm sorry you are dealing with it.)
