I guess I am now having a September baby. In the hospital, induction started last night with cervadil. Waiting for the doctor to take it out and see if I progressed at all. Looks like this is going to be a long process.
Good luck to everyone this month! The nurse told me that September is the busiest month to have a baby
I am due today! I'm feeling very ready but physically OK. Lots of BH (but nothing new there), but no real contractions as far as I can tell. I'm starting to work from home today and plan to take long walks whenever I can! It kills me that I was so worried about preterm labor after having so frequent Braxton Hicks starting at 22 weeks, but yet, here I am.
I seem to have lost my appetite, unless it's a honey roast ham sandwich with whole grain mustard and freshly sliced golden delicious apple slices. Everything else makes me sick within minutes.
My September baby decided to be an August one but the hospital was packed this weekend. The nurses also told us the next few weeks are statistically the busiest for them because of all the Christmas/ New Year's conceptions.
I'm due. I'm having a scheduled c-section Sept 15. I'm fairly uncomfortable and looking to survive these next 13 days. But also pretty scared of the c-section so its a double edged sword.
I'm sleeping ok but I feel like I"m not moving very well sometimes, worse than I was with my other two at the end.

I am due September 26th. I can't believe it is already September. I feel good. I get crampy from time to time but that's really all for BH. My newest symptom is achey joints in my fingers. Especially at night. All bottle have been washed. Car seat base installed. Hospital bag mostly packed. She could really come at any time. I waffle between wanting to go a bit early and wanting to have her close to by dd. If I go to my dd, maternity leave will take me right to the end of the year which would be awesome. Not that what I want matters
I'm due the 14th. Today is the first day of school with kids and the beginning of my 9-day countdown until maternity leave. I feel like such a whiner but I am already tired of packing lunches and having to pick out clothes - I am ready to be homebound for awhile.
Good luck to everyone! I had no idea this was the most popular month to have a baby but it seems like a nice time of year for a birthday at least (I hated my summer birthday).
I'm due the 26th. Only 9 more days of work until ML starts and for that I am grateful. I also had no idea this was the most popular birthday month.
I'm planning on a vbac, so hoping to go into labor on my own a little early. They won't let me go too far overdue or induce me, so it's either spontaneous labor or scheduled section.

I can't believe how prepared you are! My crib isn't even put together yet. haven't even thought about a hospital bag, and definitely haven't washed a single thing. I was counting on doing a bunch of stuff on maternity leave in 2 weeks, so baby better stay put until then!!

Due on the 23rd. Starting to get bored at home, no longer driving so have to rely on public transport and other people to get places. Have a feeling I might go over and end up with an October baby instead.

Due date twins!
Feeling heavy and pressury today tho, so not sure what's up with that. Been a crazy back and forth between a recommended C or not because of placenta previa. Current prognosis is cautiously ok for a highly supervised vaginal delivery.
Did a ton of nesting this weekend. Need to get all that stuff set up now. Then we'll be good.
I'm going on my second week of maternity leave, which is just so glorious.
I feel relatively good. I guess the benefit of having intense sciatica and SPD throughout my pregnancy is that I'm used to it, and really feel no worse now at 40 weeks pregnant. I think he may have dropped a bit, but it's hard to tell. I'm having tons of BHs, and occasionally they are a little painful. My mom asks me every day - are we getting closer to baby time??? And every day I tell her, "It's the only option." LOL.
I'm excited to meet our boy, but I'm in no rush. If he wants to take another week or two, that's perfectly fine with me. I get the same amount of maternity leave after he's here regardless of how much time I take before.

I'm due the 23rd, and I'm really hopefully that he/she will arrive on the 22nd. I plan on working the 20-21 so that I can use my ML as long as possible after the baby arrives.
I did some nesting this weekend, but the baby's room is mostly set up anyway--this was more stuff around the house I wanted to get done that finally saw some light at the end of the tunnel. I do still have to install the baby seats.
I discovered this weekend that my belly is way too big for me to run up stairs two at a time. It was one of the most awkward experiences I've had since becoming pregnant. Probably funny too. I do worry how my cats will react to the baby. I do keep trying to get them to feel my belly and everything, but they are generally pretty protective of me, so I hope they will take kindly to the new addition to our family.
I am due on the 28th and feeling pretty good. I just ALWAYS have to pee. I did not know September is the most popular baby month. That makes me nervous because I am very scared that I will end up having to share a room at the hospital during my stay in which case DH will have to go home at night : \

This is awesome. I told work I would work up until I had him, but I'm considering making Friday a hard stop because even now I am far enough into the year that my leave will make it until the beginning of January.

I initially said I'd work up until I had the baby. Then I said I'd work until the end of August (due Sept 5th), then I moved it up another week. Had I known before what I know now, I would have just gone out at 36 weeks, when my doctor said I could. For me, I get the same amount of time off after he's born, regardless of how much time I take off before. I know some people get stir crazy, just sitting at home waiting for the baby, but I couldn't think of a better way to spend my last few weeks I say - if you have the option, STOP working!
I'm due the 10th. I'm feeling some sporadic lower back cramping and some BH but that's about it. I would love to have the baby this weekend as Sunday is Father's Day here and I think that would be special. But I have a feeling I will be going over. I'm actually feeling pretty okay except for the heartburn. And most days I have little to no patience. I can't wait to find out what we are having!

Yeah, I am trying to get prepared while I am still feeling ok and we have some free time. Plus I am trying to work to my dd so not much free time before the baby comes.
I'm so ready to have this kid. I have an "irritable uterus" and have had EVERY SINGLE early labor symptom that there is but no real labor yet. Big WTF to my body because it really needs to get it together. I'm happy to have made it to 37w this time (today!) but yeah, losing patience with all of the pain and sleepless nights for sure. And the SoCal heat can FRO.
