I think I also have this issue. No matter how much I roll my calves its like it doesn't even matter they are still so tight. I feel like my calf tightness causes my foot issues yet I can't just spend hours every day massaging my calves!
I hope you feel better soon and can get back out there.
Exactly! the calf tightness is causing issues in my heel and the bottom of my foot. I spent like an hour rolling them today. I hope it helps
what are you using? I find the foam roller is difficult to use on the calves, but I have a "The Stick" that works soooo much better. Worth the investment for a runner.

I have The stick (or something like it - I forget what it's called). I use the foam roller for my quads so sometimes I'll just flip around and do my calves, but you're right, the stick works so much better. And is a lot less frustrating since I can't balance to roll out my calves very well, lol
I just earned a well deserved "Mommy you're crazy!" Look from Jamie when I told him he couldn't play trains bc I was busy trying to make the trAck "cool" for him. I was working on it for a good 30 minutes
Here's another one. She edited her comment from " suffer" to " go without" after she read my response. Like changing it makes her any less of a jerk.
Look, I get it. I hate it. I don't want any of our kids to have life threatening things be a possibility for them. I really hope there is an answer and a cure for this food allergy stuff one day..... But I also hope that moms with non allergic children understand we aren't asking this out of selfishness. We are asking it because it could save our child's life.
And we also hope for them to lead a " normal" life too.
Also, nuts are a good breakfast food before school.
Despite my best efforts j discovered calliou. Damn you netflix app.
Pey found it on the pbs kids app. But whenever she'd click it and start watching I told her it was a bad show and would switch it. Haha. Now if she accidentally clicks it she goes "uh oh! Bad show! Oops sorry!" And switches to something else.

I also use the stick!
What I really need though is the fusion to move into my home and work on my calves for an hour each morning and an hour each evening.

I hate busy season. DH leaves before Graham is awake and is home after he goes to bed. And I can't drink. Soooo happy school officially starts tomorrow for G!

People are ridiculous. I'm pretty sure their kid can handle not having a PB&J at school in order to prevent another child from risking their health. Also, it's a good opportunity to teach a child to be respectful of the needs of others.

Natalie is getting a hair cut tomorrow! Aah. I want to try and get the front out of her face a bit so I don't have to pull it back all of the time. My cousin is doing it so I think it should go well.

I find it very difficult to make Matilda sunbutter and jelly instead of pb&j for her lunch, very difficult indeed. It's really ruining my life. Selfish allergy kids
My nephew starts kindergarten tomorrow and my sister is terrified because it's not a nut free school. He's not even my son and I am super anxious about it. I can't believe people are so selfish. It's a CHILD.
made a pretty blah "paleo tuna casserole" for dinner, not going to make that again. The kids outright refused it, although Anna did end up trying a little. Allen and I forced it down because the ingredients cost too much to just toss.
I'm sorry you have to deal with that Lola people are so selfish sometimes. I prefer using sunbutter for the kids because it is actually healthier than peanut butter.

Charlie eats PB&j every day. But he goes to a but free school on tues/thurs. Sooooo.... I make him something else on those days. I don't feel like my life is that much harder because of it.
