1. What is your workout plan for this week?
Sun: off Mon: 5 miles Today: 4 miles Wed: 5x800's (oh wow, didn't look at the week until now. Zoinks!) Thur: 3-4 Miles Fri: off Sat: 8-10 long
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW?
Meh. I took Fri-Sun off because we were OOT and I was lazy. Had a decent tempo run midweek. And...I was going to skip a day, but took the kids in the jogging stroller instead.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns?
I am concerned about my extreme level of dngaf-ness lately. I really hope the fall weather invigorates me. It hasn't even been that hot here, but part of the reason it's hard to run over lunch is how much of a sweaty mess I am after.
Bonus: leave all of your fitness related frustrations here.
1. What is your workout plan for this week? 4 days of running (~33 miles), 2 days of strength
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? It was a recovery week that was sorely needed. It is amazing how perspectives change because my 8 mile long run didn't seem that long.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? Just the normal soreness, but I did discover 2 black toenails.
Bonus: Wtf, body? I know we have to wake up early 6 days a week, but that means on that 7th day we should sleep in. I don't want to wake up at 5:30 am 7 days a week.
1. What is your workout plan for this week? C25k training Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. I'm on week 5, so by the end of the week I'll be running for 20 min with no walking -- eek!
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? I'm feeling really good about my runs. I don't feel like I'm going to pass out at the end, so that's a good thing! We'll see how these longer runs go this week.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? My knee tenderness has gone away, thank goodness. Overall, I'm feeling great.
Bonus: leave all of your fitness related frustrations here. I want it to cool down just a touch. And for the sun to go away so I'm not squinting during my run. And I need a better pandora station.

1. What is your workout plan for this week? More than I've been able to do in years! Andrew's new school is in a mega-church and there is a sizable gym on campus. I worked my ass off this morning and it felt great. I now have a guaranteed seven hours a week that I can spend at the gym without having to worry about Andrew or DH or anything else. It's glorious. 2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? Last week was an unintentional off week for me. New job for DH + new school for A = No free time for me. 3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? I'm feeling great and really encouraged. Bonus: leave all of your fitness related frustrations here. Nothing really. I'm flying on a post-workout high right now.

1. This week is Week 4 of C25K for me.
2. Last week it was really difficult to get out. I wound up skipping a day of running but moved onto the next week, seamlessly. Thanks Skwcm80 for the advice.
3. I feel pretty decent. The scale seems to be moving a bit, still.

I have to cut back on the intensity and frequency of my workouts due to contractions (not that my workouts were ever that intense, lol). But I've figured out that I can't do cardio and lift on the same days.
I'm going to swim twice this week and lift weights once.

1. What is your workout plan for this week? M - 3.5 run T - 2 run W - 3.5 run Th - rest Fri - 40 min-ish walk Sat - 5 run
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? Last week went pretty well. I was able to be around a 10 minute mile for most of my runs which is an accomplishment for me! 3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? I'm tired and today was the first day I was sore running. I think part of my issue is that its been so hot and I did my long run on Sunday instead of Saturday, so I haven't had rest. Bonus: leave all of your fitness related frustrations here. It's so damn hot! 100% humidity misery.
1. What is your workout plan for this week? I want to run/walk as much as possible! Hoping to do a big walk later when H gets home from work. I just need the weather to cool down!
2. How did your workouts go last week? They started out good, but then I was slacking. I did a 5 mile walk/jog with the girls in their stroller that I was proud of. Probably a total of 15 miles last week. I want to get to the point where I'm doing 5 miles every time.
Anything you want AW? I guess the 5 miles I did with the girls.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? I want to do more running but my calves hurt so bad afterwards. And I get really out of breath. I can run, but only in spurts.
How do you guys get to the point where you only run?

1. What is your workout plan for this week? Get in my runs for C25K and a couple of other strength workouts (either by myself or a BodyPump class).
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? I didn't get all my workouts in because my parents were in town for a few days. We always try to cram as much as possible in the time that the kids get to see their grandparents, since it is only a couple of times a year. I did walk a lot at the state fair, but that was probably counteracted by some of the food I ate.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? Feeling okay. I have to make sure I get runs in the morning or at the gym, because it tends to be too hot for me in the afternoon.
Bonus: leave all of your fitness related frustrations here.
I am scared about how going to the gym is going to work for me with B at Kindergarten. P has never done well in kid care without her brother, so I'm afraid I'm only going to get 15-20 minutes each time I go to work out.

1. What is your workout plan for this week? Race is this Sunday! So just some easy runs and resting before the big day!
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? I ran 12 miles last week and I felt great! It was the boost in confidence I needed.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? I ran 6 last night and my hip is really sore and tight today. I need to stretch it out really well the next few days.
Bonus: leave all of your fitness related frustrations here. I'm getting a little burnt out on the long runs, primarily for how much time they take up. My H is back at work so I don't have a ton of time for long runs. Good thing the race is here and then I can scale back to short runs.

1. What is your workout plan for this week? Run 5-6x...each run between 4-5 miles.
2. How did your workouts go last week? Anything you want AW? Went great. Ran 5x, which I'm going to try and keep up. However, now that the girls have activities a couple times a week, it might have to drop to 4x. Or I could start running on the treadmill, but I don't want to start that yet.
3. How are you feeling? Any injuries/concerns? Great. No aches and pains to report.

Do you do most of your training in the mornings? I know we've talked about when/how we work out, but I am always wondering if I decide to do a full someday, how the heck I will fit in anything over 4 miles during the week!

I
The treadmill and I are having a love affair. Half of my runs are treadmill runs.
But really the biggest thing for me is being flexible about when I work out. I also do a lot of lunch time runs. It helps that I have a fairly flexible job where I can duck out for a few hours if I need to.

You are amazing. I think I just need to get back into the groove of the treadmill.
I can do about 1.5 hours total at lunch...but that includes me showering and getting somewhat presentable again.
C25K...it works Seaside 5K...........40:45(2012) Turkey Trot..........41:30(2012)/37:08(2013)/37:40(2014) St Pat's 5K..........39:27(2013)/38:48(2014)/35:12(2015) Belair Town Run......38:09(2013)/36:27(2014) Back To Football 5K..37:36(2013)/43:44(2015) Balt Run Fest 5K.....34:59(2013)/41:50(2014)/35:54(2015)

If by amazing you mean stubborn, then yes I am.
If you decide to do a full then the Runnersworld plan might work well for you. It's only 3 days of running and for a while my longest midweek run was a 6 mile tempo or 1600 repeat workout. I've added an extra day or two just because, but it's nice to know that I could drop to 3 days of running if I need to.
