SERIOUSLY?!?! So once I am finished helping my patient deliver her baby, then I can sell her a skinny wrap? Help her with breastfeeding and go into a sales pitch? The whole thing sounds gross and offensive.

She also used about 5-6 exclamation points in every post. I just can't.

oh, I have a FB friend that does the exact same thing.  sells crap all day long on FB, #soblessed to be SAHM.  Her vacation this summer to the beach even included sales pitches.  Every picture and post is a sales pitch, even the ones with her little boys.

There are tons on my Facebook. They're constantly saying how all companies are like that, with just a few at the top making tons of $.
Then they post their huge commissions and how much more it is over the previous month.
