Ugh I can't imagine how you are feeling and the things that are going through your head. Thinking of you and sending you lots of positive, healthy vibes (heart)
I'm so sorry you're going through this. If you need to talk about it, message me. I had an SCH with my last pregnancy (that ended in miscarriage) and another with this one (but it resolved).
I totally get the limbo feeling. With the first SCH, I went in to the ultrasound the same as you, expecting the worst so I wouldn't be disappointed. It was such a mind fuck to keep seeing a baby growing and progressing but keep bleeding and being told they didn't know why (they didn't identify my SCH until I lost the baby close to 10 weeks).
Big hugs. Try to take it easy, I hope you get some more clear answers soon.

This is such a supportive group of women - I'm so thankful for you all. (heart)
I did some research on the almighty google last night and it appears that the real issue lies with the low heart rate. 70bpm and lower have essentially a 100% chance in ending in miscarriage and 70-79 a 91% chance. So perhaps I'll defy the odds but at least I know the statistical realities.
Thank you for letting me get this out and being so amazing in return. I don't have many outlets to deal with this - running (with a giant pad no less) seems like an additional risk and a bottle of wine is a big fat no go. I guess I still have sweets?

You're not still running, are you? I was told to stop right away and everything I read talked about the increased blood flow to the region upsetting the SCH and making it bleed more. Still thinking of you.

Fingers crossed for you. I had a SCH with my first pregnancy, and it did go away. I hope for the same for you. I know the waiting game is so difficult. Big hugs!
