Wish us luck and that we survive the weekend living in our newly sterile environment with two small children. DH already had a fit that his toothbrush was hidden in DD2'a closet this morning. Somehow will make it through :-)

No will be able to time the closings. Since were just going on the market today it's perfect for a 60 day close. We're hoping to ask for a three-week rent back so we can paint the new house. There's a chance that the people we 're buying from move up the closing date depending on their next living situation.
Good luck! Our neighbors put their house on the market on a Thursday last month. They didn't want any showings until the open house on Sunday. They had 3 over asking price offers the next day. They are doing the closing on October 3.
It moved so fast they didn't even have time to find a new house so they are moving into an apartment. Hopefully you will have the same good luck.
We had about 50 people through. It's going to be a nerve wracking 24 hours. Offers due tomo at noon.
Did any offers come in yet? I looked and if it's the house I think, with that many open houses I would've expected offers. It's lovely (if it's the one I'm thinking).

Not sure if you get notifications. I don't, I use the app on my phone.
Good luck! I hope the offers come rolling in!
South. Yes we had three oh's. No offers yet. Our realtor said offers have been coming in usually toward the end of the period. We have two second showings today so I'm hopeful that will have at least two offers from those. The city definitely was crazy and there were a ton of open houses yesterday so I think having the ones Friday and Saturday helped. Two people who came back for their second open house have a house to sell so not sure how that will work out. The downside for us is The one and a half bath. I don't quite consider us a starter house but I don't think were a trade up house either mainly because of the lot and the bath. Thanks for saying it looks good I am so in love with how the pictures came out.
I think the 1.5 bath is fine, but I agree about the lot size. However we have nice local parks and school playgrounds and wood paths, etc, it may not be as much of a downside to someone who's really in love with it.
The pics came out great! Yay for second showings! Not a starter home but I think it's perfect for a young family in the city who's child is getting close to school age and is leaving the city but doesn't want a ton of yard/house upkeep because they're used to city and condo type living.
We have a lot of buyers like that (I'm in the city for work) they come to our city most, mainly on account of the commuter line.

Good luck again
That's what we were six years ago and that's who I am betting will be our buyer… Fingers crossed!
