Timeline: 

now - next weekish- make sure you're signed up for an elfster account here: www.elfster.com/home/ 

next weekish or maybe 2 weeks (depends on when elfster will let me do it) - I'll start an exchange and then you can start signing up for it 

draw date: Monday, October 6 

ship by date: no later than Monday, Dec 15 

Open presents and PIP reveals: as soon as you get them 

Last year's rules: 

Loose budget of $15-30 

Only sign up if you're going to follow through and send a gift. No one likes to get stiffed. 

We can do an idea generation survey too if people would like.
