Ground turkey (or beef) recipes

Stuffed peppers? Or some other veg like zucchini (cut lengthwise and hollow out)?

You could also do some of your regular recipes with a different flavor profile - like Greek or Asian or Mexican meatballs/meatloaf.

I sometimes use turkey or beef to make taco salad, but not sure if that falls under your "no taco" guideline.

I usually sauté chopped onion in some olive oil for 5 mins, then add the ground beef/turkey, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and oregano until the meat is cooked, then add a can of petite diced tomatoes. Then for the salad use whatever lettuce you like with some corn, black beans, avocado, shredded cheese.

Stuffed peppers are always awesome, too!

Ooh, I also like making stuffed red peppers with ground beef and quinoa.
