Anyone know if you can get free shipping at Old Navy or Gap with a Gap card or is it only for orders $50plus?

I just broke my last pair of flip flops today. I live in Florida which means I live in flip flops. I will die at the park without them, but stores are out and it is crazy to spend $7 to ship a $2.50 pair of flops
