We got home from vacation Friday and I can't seem to get into the groove of working today. I'm planning on testing this week and keep trying to tell myself to wait until Thursday, which is 12 DPO.

My husband and I are heading to Boston for a work conference for him. First time there for both of us so I'm looking forward to it Although AF is due on Wednesday so that won't be fun grr. These are the times I miss being on the pill so I could skip my period for vacations.

I am testing this week for sure. I'm 11 dpo today. My breasts are getting more and more tender every day and the gagging keeps getting worse and happens at any moment at any time of the day (like right now). I'm also sensitive to smells (gagging cued by coworkers lunch smell, and asked one girl if she was wearing perfume, she wasn't but she did put on vanilla body lotion at 7 am on her legs - it's 3:30 pm now and she's wearing pants). Exhaustion comes and goes. I tested BFN on wondfos 8 and 9 dpo. Didn't test yesterday. May or may not test tonight.. trying to hold out a few more days.

Last week was crazy busy, thankfully this week there's not much on our calendar. The Boston trip sounds great kellsbelles. And I totally agree about skipping periods!

I'm taking OPKs, and hoping that I O before Thursday, when I leave for Ragnar (with a few other gbcn'ers!). I miiiight be okay even if I don't, as I ovulated on CD17 last month, and that'd be the day I get back this cycle.

OPK's for me. DH has his follow up with the urologist on Thursday. he's going to call about his results today (had his SA done last Monday).

Not a lot going on for me this week. Going to try to hold out on testing until Friday or Saturday (I'll be 12dpo on Friday). We'll see if that actually happens.

I'm hanging out in here even though I can't really join you all yet. I am waiting on my 1st period after the mc (4 weeks ago tomorrow) and getting impatient as I'm in this limbo where I can't actually do anything yet. I think we'll wait another cycle after that to start trying again officially. I wish I knew when that would be!
I started working out in the morning with some coworkers so I'm glad to have the distraction and somewhere to focus my energy. I would have been out of the first trimester this week and announcing so I'm trying really hard to just not think about it. Healthy, I know.

Maybe testing this week. We didn't have great timing so I'm thinking I may wait. I'm takin my students to the creek this week so it's a lot of hiking. We have conferences on Thursday so not a great week for my period but on the bright side this is a normal length cycle and I will be able to drink at Hs 30 day party on Saturday.

Tonight is my last dose of clomid, then I have monitoring on Thursday. If it's like the other 2 clomid cycles, I'll trigger that night and have the IUI on Saturday. Fingers crossed.

I am busy busy this week. Wednesday I head to Chicago for the night for an event then back in the office Friday. This weekend we are going to a puppy foodie tour in Maine and I have a ton of points so we might book a night up there and stay over in Portland Wednesday.

On a sad note, Wednesday Thursday marks one year from when DHs best friend died of colon cancer. I don't know if he wants to do anything to mark the anniversary, but I will take his lead on what he wants to do. I can't believe it's already been a year without him:(

No testing here. Had CD 3 ultrasound Saturday and started my first Letrozole cycle. So far a few hot flashes but nothing crazy. I have monitoring next Monday to see how I'm responding.

It's a super busy week at work. I have 3 different networking events tomorrow - a breakfast, a lunch and one after work. My new sales coordinator starts on Wednesday. I really wish it wouldn't take 2-3 weeks to train her. I need her ready to go ASAP because I'm highly stressed right now. I'm hoping next week will be better for me.

Still in the 2ww for me. I'm just 5 dpo so it'll be awhile before I test.

I'm so sorry. We had a friend die a little over a year ago from colon cancer as well. Awful. He was so young too. It's hard to know how to "celebrate" these anniversaries.

I have a lunch date with a friend on Wednesday. Really looking forward to it. Thursday we have our first RE appt. kind of anxious what will come of it. I believe that they will be doing blood work and maybe an ultrasound. I'll be 7 DPO so I don't really know what they will do.

DH and I have a wedding in STL this weekend, so we'll be heading there on Friday. Plus, my birthday is Monday, so we're treating this as a little vacation for us away from home. Hopefully I'll O this weekend, so maybe this will be our cycle!

kellsbelles, have fun in Beantown! Go eat a cannoli! I lived in Boston for 5 years, and I miss it sometimes.

Not much going on at the Penguin house. I'm in the 2WW, so just need to focus on other things like my math homework that I'm super duper far behind on. Like it's ridiculous.

kellsbelles I often think that about skipping periods while on BCP! It was so convenient.

preppy have SO much fun in Portland. It is one of my favorite cities in the US. So much fun!

We have had a busy last few weeks, so I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend of normal boring house stuff--cleaning, cooking, sleeping, running, etc. Maybe a movie. I need to try to relax more, so hopefully this will help.
