And sometimes it turns out hysterically!
The other night this happened. He had been asleep for about 2 hours. I was up reading. We call the in utero baby I am growing Sven.
He rolls over towards me.
DH - "Am I supposed to do something about the mug fry on the ceiling up front?" Me - "Did you just say mug fry?" *starts laughing* DH - "Bitch, don't laugh at me." Me - "Did you just call me a bitch??" DH - "Sven, don't talk to you mother like that!"
At that point I was laughing so hard I woke him up and he was all confused and laughed when I told him what he said.
He's also jumped on the bed naked and almost taken himself out with the ceiling fan because he was trying to reach something in his dreams.

Mine does too! When we first got married, I woke up to him shaking me and saying "Who's pitching?!" really frantically and I was so freaked out and amused all at the same time.
Bwahahahha! As long as he's not chasing a pig and wakes you up by hitting you on your head you're fine!
My son laughs in his sleep.
I once had a conversation, about how the bathroom was not towards the ac unit; before I had to get up and direct my sleeping husband to the bathroom before he peed.

My H talks in his sleep sometimes. It hasn't been too bad recently, but sometimes if he is talking to me and I don't seem to understand or agree with him he gets mad at me. Once I figured that out, now I just always agree with him or act like I know what he's talking about. Then he just goes back to sleep.
LOL! My H does this as well. I love relaying his nighttime performances back to him come morning.
Last night was quiet. But the night before, out of nowhere he yells "Tabernacle!" I was silent-laughing so hard, trying not to wake him (once he wakes me, I always hope he says more to make it really worth it, lol)
My h talks in his sleep and I am usually cracking up at him. I can never remember what he said the next morning though.
Recently H has started grabbing me in his sleep. Usually as I am rolling over. It freaked me out the first couple of times then he finally realize why he was doing it. He was saving DS from falling out of bed/ down the steps. Hard to argue with that, except DS has never slept on bed with us!
I talk in my sleep and apparently I get angry at DH when he doesn't understand and I cuss him out. He now asks me a lot of questions when it happens to keep me talking. Ughhhhh
I do this along with sleepwalking when Im stressed. There are some good stories from it, but DH always jokes he needs to hide the knives at night just to be safe
I've heard my husband giggle in his sleep, and make little "doot doo doo" sing-song sounds, too. And apparently over the weekend I was laughing in my sleep. I woke up right after, and he told me about it. I remembered I was dreaming up an episode of New Girl.

H says that I talk and, esp., laugh in my sleep. I was a sleepwalker when I was a kid, but luckily that seems to have stopped after adolescence. I wonder if there's any connection between sleepwalking and sleeptalking?

My H does this a lot! Most of the time it's work related, and sometimes video game related, but my favorite is from back when we were in college... I wake up to him shaking me saying "Look at all the candy! Omg there's candy everywhere!" in this adorable voice like a kid. He has a giant sweet tooth.
