So, last night I returned to my car after 12 consecutive hours at the office to a very bizarre situation. Someone had very cleanly removed several seemingly unrelated stickers from my front and rear windshield, along with one on my drivers side window as well (while leaving others randomly intact). Who the hell does that?!? I'm so weirded out.
Were they political or something? Maybe some asshole who didn't agree with them decided he could just remove them?
That's the thing! They were all super random and non offensive. My old community college parking decal, a sticker for my sisters husbands band and (long expired) military base stickers.
The only similarity is that all 3 have probably been on there for 7+ years and weren't in great shape.

I asked my mom to make sure it wasn't my dad being "helpful" and we both agreed that isn't something he would do without asking or at the very least mentioning it.

Do you work with anyone who likes to play jokes on people or might be messing with you in some way? That's my only explanation that isn't totally weird.

Is your car a common car that someone thought your car was their car and thought someone had pranked them by putting stickers on their car and then they realized it wasn't their car half way through the removal process.
I vote it was someone you know (your dad like you mentioned) being 'helpful' if it was just someone removing stickers that offended them I doubt they would have taken the time to do it cleanly.

But why would her dad go to her office parking lot to do that?
OP, this is very strange!
I always thought those stickers adhered from the inside.

Not really, no. There is not a surplus of old messy Chevy Malibu's lol.

My thought was that he had done it previously and she just happened to notice when she was leaving work. I don't know. It is weird.

Ummmmm.... (Messy Malibu owner here!)
No-that is fucking weird. Someone with serious OCD? They couldn't take those messy stickers anymore!

This was my thought as well...unless you're 100% sure it happened at work, and not previously and you just didn't notice?
I feel like someone in a parking lot, especially where there's a security driving around, wouldn't care about removing the stickers neatly? If they did, they're definitely weird!
How late do you get out of work? Are you near any bars? The only thing I can think of (which still doesn't make sense and is weird but it's all I've got) is maybe some drunk person was walking by and thought it would be funny.
