Good idea! And I've never had it before, what should I get if I find a good place?
Never had thai!?! Pad thai is a beginner favorite. I get duck usually, or an eggplant dish, or various curry dished.
Pad thai is a delicious start. Beware that it has lots of peanut if anyone is allergic.
Drunken noodles is also one of my favorites. It's spicier than pad thai.
Red curry is usually the spiciest (but sometimes is mild so make sure to specify), massaman curry is milder and has sort of a Persian flavor, yellow curry is sweeter coconuty goodness, green curry can go spicy or mild so specify. They're usually served with rice, but lots of places will let you sub rice noodles if you'd like.
Someone in one of my Facebook mom groups today was worried because her 6 month old doesn't sit at all, he only wants to roll and army crawl but won't sit up. Someone commented "I would take him to the chiropractor"
Really??! What odd advice lol. Some people are weird

Heading out the door to Adam's back to school night, and both kids are screaming and crying for me. Noooo, come on. SIL is babysitting and they love her so I don't get it.

Omg, I hate people.Â
I know! It was really weird because everyone was all "oh he's fine! So young still blah blah" then this one weird comment about the chiro. So odd
I am so tired and hungry today, and I keep snacking on crap. I don't usually feel like I'm emotional eater but I think this might be linked to my emotions about finally going back to work this Monday.

Yelp reviews? When I want a new place I check yelp, seamless and menupages reviews.

I love thai food. Drunken noodle is yummier than pad thai (but spicy), and mango and green curries are delicious. And spicy eggplant. We may have to get thai one night this week.

So what should my H get? He must have meat.
You usually get a choice of chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu (at the minimum) with each of the options above. I'd imagine a red curry would be good with beef. Yellow curry is delicious with chicken. He could get pork in his pad thai.
Disclaimer: I'm not a meat eater, so I'm probably the wrong person to answer this.

Has he had Thai before? I'd say if you got the pad thai and he got cashew chicken, you'd both be safe and pleasantly surprised.

I made a rookie mistake today. Leia told me her finger smelled like poop. Then she stuck her finger to my nose. I smelled it. She was kinda right.
Last night she piled up some pillows on the living room floor. She went to the other end of the house and took off running as fast as she could. She did a belly flop onto the pillows. Her face missed and she face planted HARD. I keep thinking about it and laughing. I realize I am an asshole.
She found a world map she has been carrying around all day. She keeps yelling its a treasure map. One time it was a map of the 100 acre woods.
Well then I'm an asshole too because I lol'ed at the visual.

During the presentation tonight at the back to school night, I was sooooo gassy. My stomach is so bloated and I feel like a fart monster. I'm just glad none of them escaped and made a scene. Lol.
