I am being indecisive and cannot decide whether to race or not this weekend. Help!!!! Here's the story. My first cyclocross race was supposed to be next weekend (we'll call it race A), it was cancelled and now it is back on and I will be going to it. When I thought race A was cancelled, I decided to do race B this weekend (but didn't register). Now that race A is back on, I'm a bit indecisive about this weekend. It is a lot of driving for both weekends (over 500 miles r/t). This weekend there are races on both Sat/Sun, but I will be pushing it to make it on Saturday and might not get to pre-ride the course. Not that it matters, but I am not a contender for the podium. I don't know what to do. I'm not out of any registration fees if I don't go, but since I won't get to race again until November (after next week) I feel like I should go. Why am I making this harder than it should be?
I really don't know, but I'd say if these are your only two race options for a long while you can totally do them both. As long as you want to and your schedule & budget can reasonably afford the travel, just go for it! Good luck!
