I've been working out in my old running shoes (which correct my pronation). I do a cross fit like class that also involves a fair amount of sprinting/running. I've noticed when we do a ton of squats that I'm doing them wrong. When I have my shoes off I'm fine.
The last time I asked the consensus was to keep using my old shoes because of the amount of running in the class.
Now that I know that it's ruining my form (I'm also using them in my once a week lift class), should I just switch to more neutral shoes?
If so, does anyone have a rec for a good neutral running shoe that would be good for lifting as well?

How about some cross trainers? Assuming you're just running short distances (like 1-2 miles or less), I'd think they'd be fine. Still get fitted for them though.
Myabe a lightweight neutral shoe that still provides SOME stability? I think even though they are in the neutral & Lightweight category, both the Pureflows & Sayanoaras fit this description.
I love my Inov-8 for my crossfit/crossfit-like classes. I run fine in them, they are super comfortable and never bother my wonky IT band. I don't think I'd do more than a few miles in them at a time but who knows?
You can usually get the Inov-8 on zappos for a decent price.
