The odds are that at least 1 of the 19 are going to rebel, or at the very least, get out and do something different with their own lives. You'd think the parents would want a little more from their kids than just MOAR grandkids.
I was watching an old episode where Jana went to Weight Watchers. It was JB and Michelle's 25th anniversary so she couldn't have been much over 20. For some reason this is what appalled me most.
I don't get why this is appalling. :^)
I've known 20 year olds who want to lose 5, 10 or 100 pounds and Weight Watchers is a very safe and effective way to do that.

I should be clearer it wasn't the ww aspect that was appalling. It was more the way it was presented or how I read into it. It felt like it was more the parents pushing her, like she wasn't pretty enough or thin enough to catch a good man? I don't know it had a squicky feel.
I stumbled upon this show last night while channel surfing. I haven't seen it in a few years. Does anyone know when last night episode was filmed? Josie is about 2 months younger than my dd1, and Mackenzie is a year older than dd ( I googled). They both seem soo much younger than my daughter. Edit- I was thinking of Jordan. Josie and Mackenzie are both the same age as dd
At one point they said it was May 17th or something because it was Jill's birthday. It was supposedly before Jill's wedding so at least May-June timeframe.

Ben is a lot more hilarious if you imagine him speaking in a stoner voice. It's really not much of a stretch from his actual voice, and he does say a lot of legit dumb stuff.
