I haven't but I want to get one. DH's coworker said she tried it and loved it. She has a special recipe for spaghetti sauce and used that with zucchini "noodles". She said she could tell a slight difference but not much at all. Since I have kids she thought it would be a good way for us to get more veggies in their diets, as well.

I do! I got it as a gift, and at first I was like wtf am I going to do with this, but it's actually fun. I wouldn't have bought one for myself, but as a gift, it's fun to have. I mostly use it for zucchini and carrots. I think it would be fun to use it on a potato and fry it, but I hate frying at home so I haven't done it.
I don't know what brand mine is. It's black, if that helps, lol.
It works well, but I'm looking at the Paderno that Jersey posted, it looks like it makes thicker noodles. The one I have makes sort of flat ribbon-like noodles, and I would prefer thicker ones. If you don't mind how bulky the Paderno is, I would go with that one.
I've been thinking about getting one but I'm always afraid it's going to turn into one of those gadgets that just sits in your cabinets and never gets used.
