Burning sensation across lower back/butt

I had that when I was about 20 weeks pregnant. Does if feel like a bad sunburn all of the time? That's what it felt like for me, but there was no redness or anything. It sort of migrated all over my body over the course of a week or so. We never figured out what it was, I think it was a weird virus or something that affected my nerves. I also had a lot of dizziness, enough that I went to the ER. They told me I was just tired. Right. Anyway, it was extremely painful and nothing really helped. The best thing I did, especially for my legs, was to wear compression socks. Somehow the compression made the pain better, I think it's because the nerves were constantly stimulated by an external source, if that makes sense. Anyway, I hope you start feeling better. It's pretty miserable.
