What would you get?

Because I do, and I seriously have no idea what to get. My bathroom shelves are probably at the maximum weight for hair/makeup products without falling off the wall, and I'm completely out of room in my closet or dresser for clothes. Those are usually my two go-to purchases, but I don't have room for any more.

I cannot believe I have $150 all for myself and don't know what to buy.

It's not stupid. Since my stupid H broke down and quit his job in June and went to rehab, every dime I work for has gone to bills, preschool costs, new clothes for DD, and his rehab costs, which didn't even work and he's back to being the same as before. This is the first time I have the opportunity to get something for me and only me, and since I don't need new clothes or hair/makeup stuff, I just want ideas on how to spend it on myself instead of everyone else in my family.

i guess i don't understand then.  if you never have disposable income for things that aren't the basic necessities, then wouldn't it make more sense to save it for when you DO want something?  instead of pitypurchasing something b/c you can?

If it would make you feel better to get something now, then go for it, but what booby is trying to say is that you shouldn't spend it just for the sake of spending it. I can think of 10 things off the top of my head I haven't pulled the trigger on recently, and the fact that it appears you can't is making us think you should hold on to it.

To answer your question, I would apply it to a new handbag for fall, get a massage and facial, or get some jewelry I've had my eye on. I also need new running shoes and like 4 sports bras.

No, because I don't keep alcohol in the house thanks to my alcoholic H. I am tense. My life is crumbling around me and I'm stressed the fuck out between my H relapsing and work.
