Do any of you know probability of pregnancy based on days prior to ovulation?
For instance:
4 days before O: W% probability of pregnancy 3 days before O: X% probability of pregnancy 2 days before O: Y% probability of pregnancy
I'm trying to decide how excited to get for this cycle, as our timing wasn't stellar (3 days prior to O, and potentially tonight, which is O day according to OPK).
I can't remember where I read it, but I had red that if you can only BD one day during your FW aim for O-2.
that looks consistent with the figure above, although grains of salt . . . I feel like anecdotally I've heard similar to what you said. Like, the sperm should be sitting their waiting when you O.

I've read/seen similar things that O-2 and O-1 are best - idea that it takes sperm a while to get where they need to be and its better for sperm and egg to meet in the fallopian tubes as egg is on its way down. In my experience, my mc cycle I bd'd O-2 and O. I've had a couple cycles where we hit O-3 and O and no luck. But everyone is different and there's definitely a chance!

These two pages from FF kind of address what you are looking for though they don't give specific numbers. What I found to be interesting though is from the second FF page which states from their (FF's) own analysis:
"In a recent analysis of 119,398 charts from women charting with Fertility Friend, we found that 94% of women who became pregnant had intercourse on at least one of these three days [the days immediately leading up to and including ovulation]. For conception purposes, it is thus ideal to have intercourse during a three day fertile window which includes your ovulation day and the two previous days."
Based on the information from these pages, it seems your best bet is to BD on O-2, O-1, and O day.
Ok so I have a question. If the above is true (that you have the best chance o-2), then why when you are doing IUIs do you do the trigger shot, then go in 30ish hours after for insemination? I've always wondered this and never remember to ask.
The trigger shot guarantees you'll ovulate within 24-48 hours (pretty sure those are the numbers. Def within 2 days though). Usually it's around 36 hours after trigger. But with IUI the sperm doesn't have nearly as far to travel since it's being deposited in the uterus already, so you just want it there right at ovulation to maximize the chances that they'll meet.
I wonder why 4 days prior has a better chance than 3 days? Hmmm...interesting!
My guess is to make sure the sperm have a chance to get where they need to be?
When we were doing TI plus Clomid my doc said that 0+1, O+2 and O+3 were more important than actual O day if we were trying to schedule around H's travel etc. to make sure there was a 'reserve' built up and in place for the egg, if that makes sense
O+1, 2, and 3?! I thought it was way over by O+2 and beyond?
