Sniff orange scented hand sanitizer, its easier than carrying a rotting orange to scratch the peel in your bag all the time. Warning about those ginger "preggie pop" candies I burned, like skin was coming of the inside of my cheek from those suckers. Feel better soon.

Carrot Cake
Constant eating was also a cure for me. I had to make sure I never got hungry, if I did it was game over. I felt like absolute arse and it was hard to bounce back.

Bland carbs. I subsisted on Ritz crackers for the first 4 months of my first pregnancy. I just kept a sleeve of them on my desk and nibbled all day. Also kept some in my purse.
I did also find some ginger candies, but I don't know that they were particularly magical.

My OB had me go high protein/low carb my first tri and it sucked because that was pretty much the last thing I wanted to eat. However, once I got it down it really helped a lot with the nausea. Not so much with the food aversions. Staying really hydrated and any kind of candies I could suck on helped too.

Lifesaver hard candies. Grilled cheese. Milkshakes until the one night I threw it back up and forbid milkshakes from ever being in my presence again, lol.
With C, I lived on Fuji Apples and baby carrots for weeks. Salads were also good, refreshing. Keep eating a little something every couple of hours, you don't want your stomach to get completely empty.

Jolly Ranchers and ice water! Also constantly sipping ginger ale and eating a few crackers. I kept crackers on the night stand and eating them motn made for better mornings.

I felt most nauseous when I was hungry. That is actually how I knew I was hungry the whole first tri, I just started feeling nauseous. Once I ate then it usually went away for a while in the early part of the first trimester. Also, if I drank apple juice, orange juice or those burger king orange freezes it would sometimes help me not feel sick. Towards the end of the first trimester someone on here suggested jolly ranchers, that person is now my hero.

I was sucking on 20 jolly ranchers a day for a while, and tore the shit out of my mouth because of it.
A friend made me some homemade orange peppermint lotion. It's been a LIFESAVER. Every time I start to feel nauseous, I sniff my hands and it immediately passes.
ETA: Whatever even remotely sounds good... eat it. The thought of food itself was nauseating for a while, but for some reason McDs french fries always sounded good. I ate them every day for like 2 weeks, lol.
Never let your stomach be completely empty. Keep some crackers or other small snack next to your bed and eat some before you even get out of bed in the morning. Lots of small snacks. Ginger ale, peppermint, citrus.

Like stephlove, I ate so many Jolly Ranchers that I got sores in my mouth. But they worked! If I wasn't eating a meal or sleeping, I probably had a jolly rancher in my mouth about 80% of the time. I haven't eaten one since...they make me feel like I have morning sickness.
I also ate frequently...anything and everything that didn't make me want to vomit.
I think I would have gotten severely dehydrated if not for Sonic in my first trimester! I'd order a monster-sized water with strawberries and lime in it.
