I posted about how it went hilariously awry. Like, total baby breakdown, no one was ready, infant teething, kid making weird face, I couldn't stop sweating, etc.
Here is proof:
PDQ, obvs. And I cropped these. The photographer knows how to frame a shot, but I didn't want the watermark in there. He sent a note like "here's a gallery of the images. I just sent you all of them." L.O.L.
One of Law that's TO DIE FOR. And 3-4 of Order that I adore.
There's a cute one of all 4 of us where we're not looking at the camera at all and the husband is kissing the baby and I'm laughing with L. All of the "posed" shots of us pretty much include me looking like I might stab you, L looking like she's running away, the baby is crying, and the husband is so tense he looks like he's facing a firing squad.
I even like these ones. If they're not toooooo expensive, I may get one. But my recollection is that they are PRICEY.

See- i often think these make the best pictures anyhow. And it's why I think the 2 you posted are adorable. It's your kids being themselves. I think it's awesome.

Gah, firing squad husband is how my H looks in almost every one of our wedding photos.
That second one is the only genuine smile we got out of my girl while also looking out of the camera.
I'm telling you, they're so off-kilter and not typical I LOVE them (except for the ones where the baby is crying; he looks so pathetic). If we can afford them, I'll get a couple. Back when we did L's pictures, he didn't sell digital images and prints are like four billion dollars.
Getting a good shot of one kid is hard enough, let alone more than one looking at the camera and smiling, and throw in a baby or toddler, and, well, I've been there. But I think you will look back on these and remember exactly how they were at this age more than if they were perfectly posed, you know?
