So hear me out...I've been pregnant twice before so you would think I know this but when did you start feeling kicks again? I'm currently 15 weeks and I think I've felt some flutters but not consistently and nothing really lately. I get freaked out easily because of my late loss. I have an ultrasound on Tuesday ( I get them every 3 weeks because I'm high risk) so I'll find out for sure if baby is ok then but talk me out of my crazy please. H is no help as he's as nervous as me and asks me all the time if I'm feeling baby which only increases my aniexty.
I am with you. I am almost 16 weeks, and I've felt a few flutters. I haven't felt anything in a few days and it's making me nervous. It doesn't help that I have been sick and on medicine that I didn't really want to take. I hope you start feeling them consistently soon!
ETA: blane12, do you have a home Doppler? Some might say it's unnecessary, but I felt reassured having it and we loved hearing the heartbeat all the time.
So any day now? I did consider a home Doppler when I was pregnant with Blake but decided not to because I was afraid I'd become obsessed .Lol. Then I was worried if I couldn't find a heartbeat, I'd really freak out. It's a good idea though and I may just look into it.
With this pregnancy I think around 16 weeks, but not consistently until closer to 18-19 weeks. With H not until like 23-24 weeks! I think that early it can vary so much and can also depend on the position of the placenta.
I am 14 weeks tomorrow and I have felt a few little flutters. My doctor and nurse asked Tuesday at my appt if I had felt the baby yet and said it was possible nowwith a 2nd pregnancy! I bet you have! I felt the baby for the first time after eating chocolate.

Eta changed blessed to obsessed...lol
Buying a Doppler was the best thing I have ever done to ease pregnancy anxiety. $50 well spent! You are worried about becoming obsessed with it, but it will totally keep you from obsessing over something being wrong. I never had trouble finding the heartbeat past 12 weeks and it always calmed my nerves until the next appointment.
Around 18 weeks with B. I thought I felt some flutters with this one around the same time, but I can definitely tell more now around 20-21 weeks. They're still not super consistent, but I have an anterior placenta and my OB mentioned that might be why.

I didn't feel the kicks until around 20 weeks. I had the Sonoline B Doppler and loved it. I thought I would be obsessed too, but I didn't and it made me much more relaxed between ultrasounds.
I didn't feel anything until the day before New Years Eve last time (23 or 24 weeks) with an anterior placenta. I'm curious for this time. I've loaned my sonoline B out to friends in Minnesota, California, Ohio, and now Boston, and it still works after all of those pregnancies and cross country shipping! Which reminds me, I should see about getting that back soon.
