I'm from the Midwest, so friendliness is definitely second nature, but I say not at all!! I think it would be super sweet of you & a great way to make a good impression in the building!

No it's very nice!
Also, I LOVE corgis too. They are so cute. I hope my dogs are around forever but someday I realize they won't be and I think I'll try to get one of those.

It may be possible that you haven't had a pumpkin pie made with a real pumpkin (not the can stuff). It makes a HUGE difference. For real.
I dislike all pie. Regardless of pumpkin product.
Me too! I know it's weird and most people think I'm strange for that. It is a wasted dessert on me. Give me chocolate cake!
However, I wouldn't let on if I had a neighbor sweet enough to stop by with a pie. I'd pretend I loved it. There would be many people in my life who would happily take it off of my hands.

Nope. No difference. It's a texture thing.
I am okay with a pumpkin loaf or cheesecake, etc. But pie is a no go.
Yes, most of the foods I dislike are due to texture. I LOVE pumpkin bread but the texture of pumpkin pie is a no go for me. I don't hate it but would never choose it.
ETA: This does NOT apply to pizza which I absolutely love. Or Shepherd's Pie.
