Wire Wrapping Jewelry Pike Place Market

I need some help finding a vendor at Pike Place Market.

Back in the December I went to Pike Place Market with my mom that was visiting from Florida and she fell in love with a vendor's work.
She was a young lady and her spot was outside. It was not inside the actual market. It was towards the end where some vendors gather on the sidewalk.
I still think the vendors are part of the market...But I am not sure.
The vendor makes jewelry out of wires. She wraps stones in wires...

I have tried looking on the markets directory to see if a name or description ring a bell but no luck.
Maybe someone here knows who I am talking about and could possibly help me?
