That is adorable! Aro tells us to stop singing when we driv because he can't hear the music, lol.
How are you feeling BTW? Better I hope. Hugs!
I'm feeling ok. I automatically feel a tiny bit less stressed now that it's the weekend and DH can shoulder some of the toddler handling. I'll probably be calling my doc on Monday. Thanks for asking
How are YOU feeling?
A little bit is great. Any baby steps towards improvement are good
I feel fine. Tired but not pukey today. And emotionally I'm good.

I was hoping to take some fall/outside pictures this weekend of the boys since D will be 2.5 years and A will be 5 months on Wednesday but we had a warm front come through and it's too warm to put them in fall clothes, I guess we'll do it next weekend. I probably shouldn't be complaining about warm weather but I'm gonna anyway!
It's the one that hates me unless I can give her something for free. The one that just got married and I was the only one left out of the wedding - even the other brothers GIRLFRIEND was in the wedding party.
Bet my life savings she asks me what I have baby-wise that I can give to her. She loves free stuff.

I just bought something at Target that was marked down to 7.48, but it range up regular price. When I told the cashier, he looked at the tag, and said, where do you see that it says 7.48? Lol, really? Um, right in front of you face.....

And then you can tell her that 'unfortunately' it's al been spoken for. Sorrynotsosorry
I have this dresser on hold at a local shop (they refinish old furniture). It's for Lil's new room. What do you guys think? It's painted with chalk and clay paint, which is interesting. I can have them find and refinish a headboard too. I have to go check on the drawer quality. It's a steal too (250$)
Thinking about killing my husband. We came downstairs to have breakfast as a family, just cereal. As typical, I first made sure Lauren got settled with her cereal while dh got his. As he poured his milk, he knew that there wasn't enough 1% left for both of us, but there was plenty of whole milk. He also knows I don't like whole milk. Instead of saving what was left of the 1% for me, he poured it for himself. So now I have no cereal to eat, and hE even ended up pouring more whole milk into his cereal instead of offering to switch me bowls so that I could still have some.
Rage.
This is such a guy thing. It's like sometimes they're incapable of thinking more than half a step ahead. They're (usually) not selfish or mean-spirited, just so thoughtless!
I had a thoughtless-DH morning so I'm very sympathetic. In our commune we will always have 1% for you.

G has a fever of 101. (Remember those 3+ hour naps of thurs and fri? Yeah.) We had thought about going to a music and food truck festival downtown but we'll have to see how he's doing later. Although, if it's shaded and he'll just be sitting in the stroller for an hour...maybe he can make it? Does that make us bad parents?
@dragonmommy422 there's a new Thomas exhibit coming to the science center in Santa Ana. And I thought how much Jackson would love it so I think you need to book another trip to SoCal. . We won't tell your family
Today has been a busy/productive day. This morning B and I went to Target. Then at nap time I ran a cleaning load on the washer, cleaned out the detergent trays and filter, washed dishes, ran the dishwasher, made pumpkin muffins, cleaned up all the mail and crap cluttering the kitchen, washed a load of sheets and blankets, took B to get a hair cut, and now I have home made chicken noodle soup cooking on the stove. I figure this somewhat makes up for me doing absolutely nothing during the week. I wanted to sweep and wash the kitchen floor but I don't think I'm gonna make it. Tonight we are having a movie night with B and watching the new Thomas movie. Nice little Saturday.

I lost my iPhone (not a new one, lol) in target. DH was across the mall and I could not reach him, and I had $300 worth of stuff I had just bought. I could have cried. Luckily I found DH at the mall play area after I lugged my shit all the way there..... Including an awkward to carry toddler potty. And luckily someone retuned my phone to customer service.
I just emailed my new playgroup about a girls' night and now I'm anxious. Making friends is seriously like dating and I sucked at dating.
Hopefully they get back to you soon to set up a night! That'd be awesome. DH and I started dating in high school when everyone was awkward. Last night I told him I can't imagine dating right now because of how awkward and awful I'd be. He agreed....

Lol! H and I never dated, really. We were friends for awhile and then just had a relationship.
I found out none of my group had seen Gilmore girls (I got Max's name from the show haha) and since it comes out on Netflix in October, I thought that was a good excuse for a gtg. I probably just sounded really geeky! Sigh.

betsyray - I'm sure your proposal for a night out will be welcome. It sounds like a perfect excuse for kid free time. I really hope it works out and you girls have an awesome time which leads to more girls nights!

We took Andrew to a county fair today. He had a BLAST! He went on a ton of rides all by himself. It was awesome, but I got a little sad seeing how big he's gotten!

We went to our friend's wedding today. It was very nice. It was great to catch up with friends we haven't seen for years. The kids were so well behaved! I couldn't believe how great they were. The couple's dog was there and stole a cookie out of Natalie's hands. She was not impressed, lol.
H was only able to take half a night off so he leaves for work in an hour and a half. Boo!

Ours should become BFF's. They are nearly the same person.
