I can sympathize, my 3 yo is such a jerk lately. Some days are a breeze and others the smallest thing like let's put our shoes on or we need to leave become a giant production/meltdown fiasco. I have been skipping nap lately bc I just can't take the battle and putting him down at 6:30. Some days it's an easier bed time bc he is exhausted.
mygym was very touch and go this morning. It's a mixture of circle time and free play and DD was not pleased with circle time while all the other kids sat there all well behaved and cooperative. I know she's the new kid but dang it sucks to have the kid throwing a fit when the others are being on point!

Mine kept trying to invade another kid's birthday party at the park and throwing himself on the ground screaming when I tried to redirect. We left soon after.

Oh that's hard. Layla is usually just trying to get adopted into any family. I think as an only child she is used to all the adult attention so expects other kids parents to be fawning all over her too
Yes, DS never understands why other parents don't dote on him the way DH and I do, poor kid. I admire their confidence though!

I feel your pain. I had to carry m out of target last night in a death grip football hold as he shrieked and screamed . Of course I had to get from one side of the store to the other. I got so many looks and and one women even patted me on the shoulder and said " hang in their mom". Ughh.
This morning on out walk he flopped down on the sidewalk no less then 4 times.
