Been back at CrossFit for one month and shaved 1:20 off my 5K time in that month with only running about twice a week plus 3 WOD's a week. Finished my 5K this morning in 28:09, down from 29:29 a month ago! That CrossFit shit works.
I'm going to try and stick with CrossFit and running through the winter (until I either get knocked up or start IM training...whichever comes first). It seems to be paying off! And I'm getting my CrossFit butt back...man I missed that....
Awesome! I never in 100 years would have imagined the running times I would have after starting CF. I haven't done CF in 2+ years, and my race times are still 5 minutes (5 MINUTES) faster than they were pre-CF!
