I am in sales. Salary in the last 5 years has varied between $80-105K depending on bonuses. I am always toying with the idea of changing to a better paid sales job but I wfh, have a very flexible schedule and light work load so it's worth the lower salary to me.

@barefootbarista, it's definitely not a lot compared to other careers with the same years experience and a Master's, but it doesn't seem like a small amount for a teacher, unfortunately. Let me be clear that I am not "at leasting" you; I'm trying to show my solidarity! haha
I am in the $100-125k range. Plus I have some pretty awesome benefits. 5% matching for retirement, small pension, relatively cheap insurance, my transportation costs are covered, a ton of leave, and a flexible schedule. I also used to get tuition reimbursement when I was in grad school and student loan repayment after. Oh, and bonuses. I recognize that I am incredibly fortunate.
There was never a question that I would continue to work. DH could stay home but after staying home on leave for seven weeks he said working was easier.

I'm in the $50-75k range and up for a promotion soon that will put me a bit over that range. But, DH makes double what I do and I will very likely SAH when #2 arrives.
I'm in Corporate Finance - I was a senior manager in the corporate luxury retail world and just moved jobs to be closer to home. The titling is very different, so I'm now a Senior Analyst.
I sit right around *poof* before my bonus. Bonus is based on how well the entire division performs. Just started here in July so not exactly sure how much it will be but from previous years it looks good. I work in oil & gas. What really drew me to public company was the better retirement match.

I make over $10K/year but just barely. I currently work 23 hrs/wk and so far this year I've made around $11K. I did have an 8 week unpaid maternity leave over the summer so that's dragging my figures down a bit. I started this job in May 2013 so I have yet to see what a full year of income looks like for me.
I will be making substantially more in my new role but since we're still working out my schedule, I'm not sure how that will impact my income for the year.

I pocketed just over 10k last year. It was the first year operating a home business so I'm just happy to have made a profit!
This is me. I am thrilled to have made $12,000 last year. I don't work that much, it's very flexible and a lot of it is now 'passive' income (author/blogger).

I'm a RN with a BSN. Ten years of experience. Part time. Hourly rate is $42 and I'm pretty much maxed out. Nurses make good money but I'll never have potential to be "wealthy" IMO.
I wish people would post their job titles too. I only make 40k but would love to make more. I feel stuck and don't really know how to leave my current job. Any job posting I find pays too little.
My job title is a nice non-descript "Scientist." My background is a BS in Applied Physics and an MS in Oceanography, although I do mostly computer model development that is only vaguely related to my science background.

Are you a fed too?
Hahaha, I thought the very same thing after reading her description. Although I do not compare to her salary range, lol

I interviewed for a job in your area (you're in DC area, right?) with ver similar benefits. The base pay was kind of crap, but the benefits were so good I was sad I wasn't offered the job.
Eta: my interview was at a private university, not a fed job.
I make 43k in HCOL working at a college with a master's degree. DH makes over 160k only needing a HS diploma although he does have an AS degree. I planned to SAH but we work opposite shifts so DS isn't in daycare and I will continue to work until we have another baby.
I make about $ <) a year working three days a week (12 hours a day), 8 weeks of paid vacation. I am a physician in a leadership role and work my ass off (no lunch, no break) on the days I work, but I know I have a fantastic gig. About $120K+ of this is performance bonus that is not typical for the other physicians in my practice. This is why I am almost never on GBCN anymore.
I can't say I love my job, but it pays well and has great work/life balance so I can't complain. I'm very lucky to have got this job out of grad school.

I'm on the low end of the $75-100K range. I'm underpaid for my job title and responsibilities, but I have a ton of flexibility and perks, which makes it worth it right now with young kids.
