I am maybe six weeks? It turned IMMEDIATELY.
I have been drinking, eating sushi and not taking prenatal vitamins. Last week I weightlifted my heaviest squat (195lbs) and deadlift (225lbs) ever. My babies will be barely 13 months apart - less if this one comes at 39w again.
Oh, and I am like 40lbs overweight…25lbs of which is still baby weight.
It is early. I could lose it (I lost once at 8weeks). So I am not holding my breath. HOLY FUCK.
rugbywife Congrats! And I was an animal at Crossfit from weeks 4-6 this pregnancy. Also added 10 lbs to my squat PB after almost a month off in second tri.
