I am sitting at work, literally dying. I need to make an appointment with my doc. HOLY CRAP. Guys, babies, 2 of them…I am barely sleeping now - I am never going to sleep again, right? Like til I am 80?

Congratulations!!!
It'll all work out :-) Yes, you will probably be very tired! But your kids will be so close in age they'll probably love playing together!
And I'm sure someone already covered this, but I'm sure the baby is fine even though you didn't know you were pregnant! You're barely sharing a blood supply yet!

Oh, the bolded makes me feel SO much better, I had forgotten that.
I have been drinking, eating sushi and not taking prenatal vitamins. Last week I weightlifted my heaviest squat (195lbs) and deadlift (225lbs) ever. My babies will be barely 13 months apart - less if this one comes at 39w again.
Oh, and I am like 40lbs overweight…25lbs of which is still baby weight.
It is early. I could lose it (I lost once at 8weeks). So I am not holding my breath. HOLY FUCK.
The bolded was me about 9 months ago!! I am due with surprise number #2 in 4 weeks and my son turns one in three days.......13 months apart...whohoooo. Hahahah I was soooo in your shoes....freaking out too. My body was at least 20 lbs overweight and I'm not going to say that made it easier....i felt everything earlier ( heart burn, back pain, etc) But once I finally realized what was happening I was exicited. I think it will be so fun when they are older, but I'm not gonna lie...the first 6 months scare me!
Congrats! And don't worry about all you have done in the past couple weeks.....happy healthy 9 months!!!

Congrats!
You can look at it this way...you're just getting your lack of sleep out of the way as fast as possible! Same with diapers! There's a benefit to that, too. You don't get used to a full night's sleep or diaper-free living just to have it all taken from you again!
