fri - 4.8 @ 9:25 pace w/ stroller
sat - nothing
sun - ran my 5k - 27:42, 8:54 pace, right where i thought i'd be not my best race but it was my first race in a loooooooooooong time so i'm happy with that!

Fri: Rest Sat: 10.69 mile run. I needed to do 10, ended up with a bit extra. Official last long run before half. Sun: yard work. My hips were sore so that seemed like a big accomplish to do rather than just sit and watch football!

F: CF - Push Press (10 x 1+1 (push press + Split Jerk)) Daniel (Time) 50 Pull-ups, 400 meter run, 21 Thruster, 45#, 800 meter run, 21 Thruster, 45#, 400 meter run, 50 Pull-ups
S: CF: partner/team WOD - 200 wall balls - I was the only girl on my team:( we also did the bear complex (clean, front squat into a push press, then back squat and another push press - that counted as one and we did 2 EMOM. We also did knees to chest and handstand holds.
Friday/Saturday rest/travel, Sunday and today light hiking, my long run pushed to tomorrow. On vacay, so planning 12 miles on a sort of mapped out route- an adventure!
Fri: 8 mile hilly run in the morning with the BOB CF in the afternoon. 95# front squat 3x4 105# 3x2 (first time breaking 100# on my front squat!) Then 8min EMOM 5 jerks @ 55# (75# rx) plus 30DU (did 60SU) I had a hard time coordinating my jump roping on my tired legs from my run and got behind. Only finished 6 rounds and 29 reps :-(. Then a 2 min AMRAP of situps for 62 total. Sat: 5k glow run (30:56 and it was 0.1 mile short and crazy crowded!) Sunday: planned rest It was a fun weekend!
