we've decided to push back the dollhouse we were going to make DD for Christmas to her 3rd bday next summer since I don't think she'd play with it much just yet.
Instead we want to do an arts/crafts station for her in our family room/piano room. It is gated off so she can't get in there and just make a mess when she pleases, she'll be supervised. I already have the easel from Ikea and will probably get the matching table with paper roller to go with it. Other than crayons and paints what kind of supplies should I get to stock her craft station with?
don't say playdoh, I will cut a bitch that brings that evil into my home

My sister got her the Do-A-Dot (bingo dotters essentially) and they are a huge hit. As are crayons, regular markers, stickers, pom poms, pipe cleaners and finger paint.
C loves bingo dabbers. Super cheap at the dollar store, last forever, washable. Also, stickers.
Your child is smarter than mine. I bought markers like that and she tried to apply them like roll-on deodorant. Two green armpits later, we did no coloring on the paper grocery bags I had pinterest-y cut open and spread on the kitchen floor.
