The good news on the dietbet front? I discovered that drinking more that 1 IPA gives me the worst grownup hangover: oxygen deprived, anxious, and hyperventilating-ly terrible.
I miss the simplicity of the next-day headaches of my youth.
I have been doing well and made it to all of my bootcamp days so far. Unfortunately, I pinched my sciatic nerve on Saturday and now the rest of my back and my knees hurt from trying to compensate for the nerve pinch. I still went to bootcamp today but didn'y work out as hard as I would have liked.
I am still doing pretty well overall. According to my weigh-in today I have lost about 30% of my 4% goal. Yay!

So far hangovers are the worst part of growing up!
I almost threw up before work the other day from a hangover and had, like, one bottle of wine. Not an insignificant amount, but...dude. Not ok, universe.
I lost weight this week, but not enough that I feel good about it. I have not been doing well. Case in point - the Moe's burrito I just finished for dinner... :/

I am doing ok. I had a procedure that kept me out of the gym for 2 weeks so I'm trying to ease back into working out while working long days. I did stock up on healthy food and prepped lunches and dinners for the week so I am not tempted to get fast food on my way home.
I sucked this week. It was bad. I've been keeping up the exercise front (even improving thanks to the prodding of some fellow gym-goers), but eating is my downfall. Ugh.
Trying not to think about it too much and start over today (I've done well so far today), but it's getting really hard for me. Apparently I only find healthy habits easy in 4 week installments.
I'm not doing as well as I did last time, but I'm not giving up. I have a killer headache today, though, and really want a coke for the caffeine. I don't have any in the house, luckily.
Ummm, it's going ok. I survived a potluck day at work with minimal damage, but I happened to be near my favorite burrito joint over the weekend and ruined my streak. I think I can still win, I just need more willpower, lol.
I'm just gonna add on to this rather than a new post.
I did pretty good eating wise this weekend. I'm recommitting myself to the effort. I've got 14 days. It's not impossible, but it will take work.
We've got a good meal plan for the week. If I can stick to not snacking, drinking and focus on getting in some dedicated physical exercise, Im going to make progress.
Meal plan: Thai chicken stir fry Hamburger parm with a side of Alfredo (worst meal) kabobs Trout with orzo peach balsamic pork a Hawaiian beef dish

I started Whole 30 last Monday, so my eating has been good. I've been getting very little exercise with being so busy at work though unfortunately. We shall see!
I have seen some good movement on the scale and have really been enjoying bootcamp. However, I have sprained my ankle and it is making workouts difficult this week. I am down 2.7% so only 1.3% to go but I don't know how it will end since I slowly hobble behind the rest of the class and am not burning the calories that I was the last couple of weeks. I want to work out harder but can't.
Bumping since the Dietbet ends today/tomorrow. How did everyone do? Did you make your goal weight?
I lost 16.4 lbs! That was quite a bit over my needed weight loss, but I've been doing whole 30 so I better see some serious results, haha (I also have lots of weight to lose).
I hope everyone was successful (but my bank account hopes you weren't).
I was below my goal on Saturday and now I am starting my period so I am back above it. I am going to take some Midol and hope for the best by tomorrow. My uterus has terrible timing.

Not even close, I have no idea why I joined this round because I knew my schedule would be completely out of whack with lots of traveling and and multiple moves I did lose some so better than nothing I guess.
