I have known S through a women's organization and book club for almost a year now. At an event on Friday, I brought up the fact that her email address is for a small, local tax and accounting firm because I am looking to enter that field through either going back to school for a masters degree or getting in on the ground floor of a similar company. Turns out, she is the owner of the business and is looking to hire someone!
We are meeting for lunch at a coffee shop on Friday to talk some more about it. Through the photos on her website, I know that she dresses business casual in her workplace. (Her in a blouse, her associate in a cardigan.) I would feel way over dressed in my usual black suit. What should I wear?

I had something similar not too long ago (someone I knew socially that I was then kinda sorta interviewing with) I wore black pants, flats, a black and white top and a red 3/4 sleeve blazer. I felt like it was the perfect amount of casual/business-y.
