I am a pretty laid back person. But not all waters are the same, and even if they say so, you are recognizing a difference. Also, if you paid for Sparkletts, that is what you should get. I would call.

Can I ask a dumb question I've always wondered? Why do you get water delivered? Is your tap water so horrible that a filter can't make it better?
Not judging, just genuinely curious. I drink unfiltered tap so have always been curious. I know you're very Eco conscious from your other posts, and trucking water just seems unnecessarily. Again, no judgement , just curious

I'm not sure about the op but our tap water in Vegas is horrible!!! I cannot drink it plain, must have a couple lemon slices or wedges to even attempt it. But our water is chemically processed to death - water from the sewer system is cleaned, dumped into Lake Mead, sucked out of the lake, treated again to make it meet water quality standards and sent to homes - and just tastes foul
We have water delivered for our office and buy 2 1/2 gallons containers for home.
this reminds me of a time when I was at Target, purchasing Arrowhead water. The young kids behind me were like "Ewww, I hate Arrowhead water. It's disgusting. I only drink Aquafina"
I can't discern a taste between waters, so it would not matter to me. However, they should not have switched it unless you knew and approved. This would be like those kids paying for Aquafina, but getting Arrowhead.
