I love how flexible this recipe is. Don't like spicy food? Use kielbasa and cheddar. Want Italian? Use Italian sausage and mozzarella cheese.

Also, it says it's 4 servings and it's AT LEAST 8. We have a ton leftover.

He likes creamy white pastas, but I can't make them often or I'd weigh 800lbs. He doesn't like red sauces that much, so I just make spaghetti and such when he's working nights.

My nieces boyfriend doesn't like pasta.  At all.  None of it.  He's nuts!
