I guess I'm doing well, at least according to some of you ladies.
I'm trying to eat breakfast every morning, I have eaten breakfast 4 out of the last 7 days. This morning a couple banana pancakes with some strawberries and blackberries.
I am trying to eat smaller portions each meal. I don't actual feel hungry after I eat smaller portions.
I have been running ever other day this week. I feel like I have more energy then before.
I am doing really well. I'm down like 5 pounds since the beginning of September- but AF was here for my last weigh in, so I'm hoping it's actually a little more than that even. My total loss since having DD is 12 pounds (which is depressing considering she was 9 pounds, but oh well)
Exercise wise, I made it to three of my four Zumba classes in the last week (I was really sick on Monday so I skipped it). I've gone for a couple of long walks too. I want to start C25K this week- I've done it before, but it's been probably a year or more since I ran last, so I think it'll be best to restart
Eating wise, I'm doing better but still room for improvement. I've been doing pretty good with tracking and sticking to like 1500ish calories a day, but I've had a couple of really high calorie days- I need to reign those in

That's awesome that you've been running! Also your breakfast this morning sounds amazing

I really want to start working out again! I'm thinking of finding some yoga I can do and try doing that at home instead of using my gym. I might cancel my membership just because I haven't been using it and my trainer is moving to Norway (crazy!) and I'm not sure about the others, haha. We have treadmills at the apartment building so it's not like I won't have access to anything over the winter. Idk.

Moving is a very good workout! I have done a lot of heavy lifting this week.
My eating has actually been ok, but starting Monday I want to get back to counting calories.
I am anxious to unpack my scale so I can see if I've lost weight...I'd use my mom's scale but it's always lower than mine so I like it better, but I think it's wrong
